Geography

We aim to develop the children’s awareness and understanding of the world around them, starting with their immediate surroundings and then moving progressively out into the local and then wider environment.

Geographical skills and language are developed through topics and this approach gives scope for developing first hand awareness of the local environment, and a greater understanding of the world in which we live.
