School Development

School Development Plan 2023-24

We are committed to securing the best possible outcomes for all our children and identify key areas of improvement focus each year.  These are based on school and national priorities as well as aspects which have been identified through school self evaluation and the analysis of assessments.  We then plan our strategic tasks and set out the desired outcomes and impact.  This helps us to be reflective and to evaluate what is working successfully and then what our next steps need to be.

Details of the key areas for this year are given below, although these will be reviewed and updated taking account of the children’s needs and any operational changes.
