- We have an elected School Council. This is used to teach children they can affect change through a democratic process.
- Children take on roles of responsibility throughout school.
- All children have a fair say through class council
- Children make choices for school fundraising
- Children create class/school/playground charters
- Democracy is promoted through PSHE and assemblies
